Gold proof coin in "The 150th Anniversary of the FA Cup 2022 UK £2 Gold Proof Coin Cover". Includes all six FA Cup Special Stamps issued by Royal Mail, cancelled on their first day of issue with a special edition rosette postmark and the location of Manchester, which represents the home of the National Football Museum

The reverse shows the FA Cup trophy, inscribed THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION CHALLENGE CUP, with two ribbons inscribed 1871 · 72 on the left, and 2021 · 22 on the right. The base of the cup extends into the rim (the outer ring of the bimetallic coin).

Around above, the inscription  CELEBRATING 150 YEARS OF THE FA CUP.

The initials of the designers are in small letters in the lower part of the outer ring: CD (for Christian Davies) below left, and MD (for Matthew Dent) below right.

The value and denomination, as well as the date of issue, are on the obverse.
