Ornately shaped shield hanging from a loop, quartered with the arms of England (1 & 4), Scotland (2) and Ireland (3) dividing two crowned GG (one reversed); below shield in small letters, K. G (G. Kruger Gray); around above, FID: DEF IND: IMP; around below, HALF CROWN 1937.
