Our policy on cancellations and returns is influenced by various factors, particularly fluctuations in financial markets which impact the pricing of our goods. Due to this, the right to cancel as per Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to our products. Should you choose to cancel an order due to price fluctuations after placement, a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the total order value will be applied, along with any additional losses incurred due to metal price changes.

This cancellation policy extends to all types of orders, including in-stock, pre-ordered, and special order items. If your order is cancelled due to failure to provide necessary compliance documents, cancellation charges will also be applicable.

Regarding returns, you have the option to return any unsatisfactory product to us. However, please note that any postal charges incurred during the return process will not be covered by us. Additionally, if the returned goods are deemed to be of satisfactory quality, you may be subject to a return postal charge when we send them back to you.
